Volt Lane Redevelopment

Albury’s Volt Lane car park redevelopment has been completed, marking the delivery of a $50 million transformation in the heart of the city.

The redeveloped site now features a modern multi‑level car park, a purpose‑built office building housing the Australian Taxation Office, and a range of street‑level retail spaces including cafés and restaurants, creating a vibrant new mixed‑use precinct for Albury.

Our team was engaged as project surveyors throughout the life of the development. This involvement commenced with the initial level and contour survey to support the project’s design and planning stages. We later completed a conventional subdivision of the site for contractual purposes, delivered the set‑out works for the multi‑level car park and ATO building, and finalised the surveying and drafting of a complex, multi‑level stratum subdivision.

The stratum subdivision created unique titles with defined height and depth limitations, enabling multiple ownership arrangements across the buildings and car park and ensuring the effective long‑term operation of this multi‑faceted development.
